Privacy Notice.

We keep things simple at PeekPages—including how we handle your information. Here's what we collect, why we need it, and how you can contact us about it.

Who is responsible for your information?

Matthew Hill, an individual trading as GrimmWare Operating Systems (GWOS) and operating the GWOS PeekPages service.

Based in Louisiana, United States.

1. What information we collect

When you complete our inquiry form or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, description of your business, email address or WhatsApp number, your preferred contact method, and any details you choose to include in your message.

If you become a customer, we may also receive business descriptions, photographs, logos, website or social links, contact details intended for publication, project instructions, correspondence, and records relating to quotations, services, and payments.

Please don't send passwords, payment card information, health information, or other sensitive personal details through our inquiry form.

2. Why we use it and our legal bases

We do not add you to an unrelated marketing mailing list simply because you contact us. If we introduce optional marketing, we will explain your choices separately.

3. Who helps us process information

We use a limited number of service providers for everyday operations:

We may share relevant project information with other service providers only when needed to deliver an agreed service, or where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

4. International information handling

We operate from the United States and may access information submitted by UK customers from there. Tally states that its form submissions are stored in Europe. Other providers, including email and messaging services, may process information in different countries.

Where UK data-protection law requires a safeguard for an international transfer, we assess and use applicable mechanisms, such as approved contractual safeguards or adequacy arrangements, as appropriate to the service and transfer. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

5. How long we keep information

For inquiries that do not lead to a project, we aim to delete or anonymise the information within 12 months of our last relevant contact, unless there is a specific reason to retain it longer.

For customers, we keep information needed to deliver the service and may retain relevant project, accounting, tax, and legal records for longer where reasonably necessary or legally required. We review stored information and remove it when it is no longer needed.

Our providers may retain limited backup or operational records under their own applicable retention schedules.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your information, correction of inaccuracies, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on some requests.

People in the UK can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data-protection regulator.

7. Cookies, analytics and website information

We use Cloudflare to host, secure and deliver the GWOS PeekPages website. When you visit, technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and security-related request information may be processed to make the site work and keep it secure.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and improve our service. Our initial browser checks on 3 November 2026 found no cookies, local storage or session storage set by the PeekPages homepage in the tested session. This is an observation from that test, not a guarantee that every visitor or future version of the site will have the same experience.

Cloudflare security features may use essential cookies when necessary. Analytics and other website technologies may also involve processing visit information without storing cookies on your device. We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies on the PeekPages homepage.

If we add new analytics, embedded forms, marketing tools or other third-party features, we will review their behavior, update this notice and provide any notices, choices or consent controls required by applicable law. Pages hosted by third parties, including our Tally inquiry form, may have their own cookie and storage practices.

8. Public-facing customer pages

If you commission a PeekPage, we will work with you to agree which business details, images, contact methods, and links are intended to appear publicly. Please only provide materials and personal information that you have the right to share or publish.

9. Updates and contact

We may revise this notice when our services or data-handling practices change. The date above shows when it was last updated.
